No, if you are only there to supervise. The 1,000 FCFA "Accompanying adult" ticket gives access to the snack bar and the stands. To jump with your children you need a standard entry. In the toddler zone, one accompanying parent is included in the child's ticket.

Yes, in every jump zone, without exception. They cost 1,500 FCFA, are sold at reception or online, and are reusable: remember to bring them back each visit.

Comfortable sportswear, your grip socks if you already have a pair, and a water bottle. Leave jewellery and valuables at home: code-locked lockers are available for 500 FCFA.

Yes, up to 24 hours before your slot: call us or send a WhatsApp message with your booking reference. After that, the ticket stays valid but can no longer be refunded.

You pay by MTN MoMo, Moov Money or bank card at the time of booking. Confirmation appears on screen straight away, with a QR code to show at the entrance. You can also choose to pay on site: your slot is then held for two hours.

No problem: your booking reference is enough. Show it at reception with an ID document, or find your ticket online using the link you received by e-mail.

Of course — cake is always welcome and we keep it chilled until you need it. Candles and any open flame, however, are not allowed in the park.

Two adults are included in every package. Beyond that, it is 1,000 FCFA per accompanying adult. The birthday child's parents never pay in the Festive and Royal packages.

Jumping is not advised during pregnancy, or for anyone with back, heart or neck problems, or a recent injury. If in doubt, ask your doctor. Our team may refuse access to an attraction for your own safety.

Yes, once. It is signed online when you book, or on a tablet at reception. For a minor it must be signed by a parent or legal guardian, and is valid for one year.
