Safety rules
Jumping, climbing and falling are part of the fun. These rules exist so the only thing you take home is the memory.
General park rules
- Grip socks are required in every jump zone.
- One jumper per trampoline, without exception.
- No somersaults or head-first tricks outside the foam pit.
- Remove jewellery, watches, glasses and everything from your pockets before playing.
- No food, drink or chewing gum in the play areas.
- Children under 6 must stay under the direct supervision of an adult.
- Respect the minimum age and height posted at the entrance to each attraction.
- Instructions from staff apply immediately and without discussion.
- Report any damaged equipment or incident to a member of the team.
- The park may refuse entry to anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol.
Rules by attraction
Trampoline arena
From age 4
Minimum height 100 cm
- One jumper per trampoline
- No somersaults or head-first tricks
- Grip socks required
- Remove jewellery, glasses and pocket items
- Not suitable during pregnancy
The Spider Wall
From age 4
Minimum height 100 cm
- Wear closed-toe shoes suitable for the activity.
- Respect the flow of traffic and do not push other climbers.
- Wearing the provided safety equipment is mandatory where applicable.
- Young children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
This is an inflatable bumper ball.
From age 7
Minimum height 120 cm
- Remove all sharp objects, jewelry, watches, and glasses before entering the bubble.
- Ensure that the internal handles and safety harnesses are securely held and adjusted.
- Do not charge at players who are already on the ground or out of play.
- Follow the instructor's guidelines and leave the area if you feel tired.
Climbing wall
From age 6
Minimum height 110 cm
- Harness required, fitted by a staff member
- One climber per route
- Do not climb above the red line
- Long hair tied back
- Maximum weight 110 kg
Giant inflatable castle
Ages 2 to 12
- For under-12s only
- No shoes, socks required
- No food or drink on the structure
- One child at a time on the slide
- Accompanying adult required under 4
Birthday rooms
- Room access 15 minutes before the booked time
- Wall decorations supplied by the park
- No candles or open flames
- Cake welcome and allowed
